Yah well
Since I'm too lazy to update this website with anything
constructive I've decided to dedicate it to hockey and other sports
worth a damn.
(Beckham leaving his supporters confused and
devastated as the foot of the superstar betrays his nation.)
Books
Since I've been forced by my English teacher to do some reading
responses I've made a decision to read the introduction, back of the
hardcover and steal some cliff notes off the internet to buff up a
150-200 word response to score me 4 credits towards my
qualification. (thnx
NCEA).
Sadly my hatred to sitting down and reading a book from start to
finish has betrayed me in a few cases. A couple books worth
mentioning:
Dilbert Future by Scott Adams
is a genius look into what our futures
may hold for us, and also a look into some of the scientific views
of our existences whilst keeping the entire book comical with his
comic strips and genuine humor.

The Color Purple by Alice Walker
has been banned and challenged for many reasons by various schools,
so naturally this was the first book my teacher gave me to read. The
book revolves around a few main themes; oppression of poverty,
racism, and sexism are in existence in the life of Celie, the
protagonist
(big word for hero)
in the novel.
